GT Computing uses Splashtop and Splashtop SOS to provide instant remote support from any location to any location.

We can even provide support from a tablet or phone so even if we are temporarily away from a computer, we can still log in and assist our clients with their problems. 

On-site support of course is still provided, but being able to fix a problem quickly with minimal interference with our client’s day is always our goal.
